Editorial methodology
How we estimate budgets and timing
BrieflyHire budget ranges are broad editorial planning estimates shown in US dollars (USD). They are not live marketplace prices, provider quotations, minimum prices or guarantees.
Factors considered
Ranges reflect the likely difference between focused, developed and complex scopes. We consider deliverable count, specialist seniority, technical complexity, input readiness, revisions, project management, rights or licensing, and whether expedited delivery may be required.
Why actual quotes vary
Geography, provider experience, demand, scope clarity, taxes, platform fees and the hiring model can materially change a quote. A freelancer, agency and in-house specialist may price the same outcome differently.
Turnaround guidance
Timing figures are approximate editorial guidance, not promises. Availability, feedback speed, asset readiness, dependencies and revision rounds all affect delivery. Confirm milestones and assumptions directly with each provider.
Relationship to marketplaces
Fiverr and other third-party marketplaces do not supply, approve or guarantee BrieflyHire's estimates. Use the planner to prepare questions and compare written proposals, not as a substitute for a provider quote.
